Information We Collect About Your Use of The Website

When you access any portion of the Website, we collect Google Analytics data (pages visited, time spent on the site, browser and device type, language and date of your visit) as required by Google Analytics to process Website data.

How Do We Use Your Information?

When you give your consent to do so, Personal Information will be collected to determine your eligibility, study application and recruitment, to contact you and to perform clinical trials. Such Personal Information includes name, e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address, age/date of birth, government identification numbers, and other information you may choose to provide to us.

Who Do We Share Your Information with?

Your Personal Information will be accessible to Regeneron’s employees and any companies that work with Regeneron, such as clinical research organizations and their staff, to help organize and perform clinical trials.

We may also share your Personal Information with trusted third party suppliers, following appropriate due diligence, and which are contractually obligated to provide services to us in a manner consistent with this notice.

Please note that we may need to disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, to exercise and protect the legal rights of Regeneron or its personnel and representatives, and to investigate, prevent or respond to suspected illicit activities, including fraud and threats of harm to individuals.

How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Information

Your Personal Information will be processed only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. Unless we have a specific need to retain it, your Personal Information shall be held for no longer than five (5) years.

International Transfers

We collect and receive data from inside and outside of the United States. We will use European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses as a legal mechanism for data transfers from the EU.

Children

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Websites are neither intended for children nor are they designed to attract child users. Our Websites, their content and our services are intended for users over the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under age eighteen (18). When a user discloses Personal Information on the Websites, the user is representing to us that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years of age.  If we learn a user under the age of eighteen (18) has volunteered personally identifiable information on our Websites, or a provider has volunteered information about a patient who is identified as younger than eighteen (18), we will delete such information from our active databases.
